At the end of September we hold an evening for parents of pupils in year 7, aiming to inform you on how you can help ease your child's transition into high school. Powerpoint slides from the evening can be downloaded here. We also hold an evening for parents of children in year 10, aiming to inform about how you can prepare as a family for your child's GCSEs. We are supported by a lively Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) who arrange a number of events throughout the year.
Instead of sending termly information updates by letter, we prefer to use the ParentMail email system. If we do not already have your details and you wish to be contacted in this manner, please download and return our ParentMail registration form.

Once signed up to ParentMail, you can view and edit your account by logging into the ParentMail site.
As from 1st April 2012 parents will be able to make payments for trips/DT Consumables and other items via our new online payment system ParentPay.
We strongly discourage parents/carers from applying for leave of absence during term-time. Should you wish to take your child out of school during term time this request would have to go through Ms Maguire via our leave of absence in exceptional circumstances form.
