Exam Certificate Information

Your Exam certificates will be available for collection from school during specific dates in the Autumn term which we will make available as soon as possible after September in each academic year.
The exact times and dates will also be updated here as soon as they are available.
If you are unable to collect your certificates in person you may arrange for someone else to collect your certificates for you.  You must give them a note signed by you or send an email to giving permission.  They must also bring photographic identification with them at the time of collection.
If you are unable to collect your certificates and cannot arrange collection, please send a letter to the exams office confirming your name and address and a cheque for £7.50 made out to St Josephs College and we will post them out. The cost covers registered post and insurance, as certificates are valuable.
If certificates are required urgently we can arrange collection from the school reception between 9.30am and 2.30pm term time only after the specified collection dates each academic year. Please email to arrange this and please ensure you receive an acknowledgement and confirmation of the date before travelling to the college to collect them.
Certificates will only be kept in reception on the day arranged.
