JCQ Information For Candidates
A Level and GCSE Certificate collection.
GCSE and A-Level Certificates from 2023 to 2025 will be available for collection on Wednesday 25th March between 12:30pm and 3:00pm in the Fideliter Building.
If you are unable to collect your certificates during this time and would like someone else to collect them on your behalf, please contact the Exams Office via email at certificates@stjosephsmail.com or telephone 01782 848008 and select Exams. We will then advise you on the next steps.
Please do not come to the college without prior arrangement to request certificates, as they are stored in a secure area and will not be available without notice.
If you would like your certificates to be posted, please contact the Exams Office using the email above. We will provide details of the postage process. Please note there is a charge to cover insurance due to the value of the certificates.
Please be aware that examination boards require schools to retain certificates for 12 months. However, the school’s policy is to keep them for three years, after which time any uncollected certificates will be securely destroyed.
