Exam rooms can be subject to change in exceptional circumstances.

A Level and GCSE Certificate collection.

GCSE and A-Level Certificates from 2023 to 2025 will be available for collection on Wednesday 25th March between 12:30pm and 3:00pm in the Fideliter Building.

If you are unable to collect your certificates during this time and would like someone else to collect them on your behalf, please contact the Exams Office via email at certificates@stjosephsmail.com or telephone 01782 848008 and select Exams. We will then advise you on the next steps.

Please do not come to the college without prior arrangement to request certificates, as they are stored in a secure area and will not be available without notice.

If you would like your certificates to be posted, please contact the Exams Office using the email above. We will provide details of the postage process. Please note there is a charge to cover insurance due to the value of the certificates.

Please be aware that examination boards require schools to retain certificates for 12 months. However, the school’s policy is to keep them for three years, after which time any uncollected certificates will be securely destroyed.

Certificate Collection

Students can arrange collection by contacting certificiates@stjosephsmail.com , or ring 01782 848008 and choose exams.

Please do not travel to the college without arranging collection as exams staff may not be available when exams are running and certificates are stored securely so are not freely available, if you wish to arrange delivery of certificates this can be arranged, please contact the college for further information.

Please note we can only store certificates for 3 years, after this they will be securely destroyed.

 

Please note during the months of May and June, we may not be able to answer emails on a daily basis and there may be a delay in arranging collection.
