At St Joseph’s College, all pupils are valued equally, regardless of where their abilities lie, with the school being committed to the ethos of “Act justly, love tenderly and walk humbly with God”.
All students are entitled to have access to a broad and balanced curriculum, which is adapted to meet individual needs. Within its aims, St Joseph’s College is committed to equal opportunities, with students being supported to thrive, regardless of any barriers to learning they might have.
The school SEND team is made up of the SENDCO and four learning support practitioners. Between them, they have a wealth of experience of meeting the needs of pupils with SEND through an ‘assess, plan, do, review’ approach.
To find out more about SEND at St Joseph’s College, please look at the SEND Information Report and Policy in ‘School Information’- ‘Policies’ on the website.
