A Level Results - 17th August 2022
St Joseph’s College students can look forward to their next exciting steps after being awarded excellent A level results. With a return to external examinations this summer, proud students and staff are celebrating another set of consistently great grades. Achievement was high, with an impressive 36.6% of all grades awarded being either an A* or A. Furthermore, almost 63% of all A-level grades were grade B or higher and over 83% of grades achieved were A*- C, demonstrating that St Joseph’s has bucked the national trend and continues to be one of the leading VI forms in the region. Individual successes include the 37 students who got A*-A across the board.
The vast majority of students have been successful in securing places at their chosen universities, many of which are the country’s most prestigious, for courses such as Medicine, Law, Music, Finance, Business and a record number of competitive Engineering courses.
Despite the disruption and uncertainty of the last two years these students have been magnificent and we are immensely proud of every single one of them.
Students can now pre-arrange to collect their exam certificates any Tuesday or Thursday during term time, between 3.00and 4.00pm from The Fideliter Building reception.
Please contact us at certificates@stjosephsmail.com or ring 01782 848008 and choose Exams so that we can make sure that your certificates are available for you to collect.
If you are unable to collect your certificates in person you may arrange for someone else to collect your certificates for you. You must give them a note signed by you or send an email to certificates@stjosephsmail.com giving permission. They must also bring photographic identification with them at the time of collection.
If certificates are required urgently we can arrange collection from the school reception between 9.30am and 2.30pm term time only after the specified collection dates each academic year. Please email certificates@stjosephsmail.com to arrange this and please ensure you receive an acknowledgement and confirmation of the date before travelling to the college to collect them.
Certificates will only be kept in reception on the day arranged.
Certificates will be confidentially destroyed after 3 years if not collected.
Replacement statement of results can be requested if you misplace your certificates by contacting the relevant exam awarding body. A charge is made for this by each board
