Provisional summer timetables 2026

A Level and GCSE Certificate collection.

If you would like to collect your certificates from school, they will be available on Wednesday 17th December between 10:00 am and 2.00pm.

Please collect from the Fideliter Building using the main entrance.

 

Please note, we are only required to keep certificates for 12 months. If you are unable to collect your certificates during this period and would like someone else to collect them, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Certificate Collection

Students can arrange collection by contacting certificiates@stjosephsmail.com , or ring 01782 848008 and choose exams.

Please do not travel to the college without arranging collection as exams staff may not be available when exams are running and certificates are stored securely so are not freely available, if you wish to arrange delivery of certificates this can be arranged, please contact the college for further information.

Please note we can only store certificates for 3 years, after this they will be securely destroyed.

 

Please note during the months of May and June, we may not be able to answer emails on a daily basis and there may be a delay in arranging collection.
